Originally part of the historic Kingman Place Estate, this property dates back to the 1890s when it operated as a working creamery. In the early 2000s, it was thoughtfully transformed into a spacious lakeside home while preserving much of its original character, including historic brickwork that can still be seen throughout the property.

Today, the lodge offers 5,111 square feet of living space, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 133 feet of private Big Spirit Lake shoreline, stunning water views, direct lake access, and a peaceful setting on one of the more secluded stretches of the west shore. Whether you're launching a kayak, enjoying coffee by the water, or gathering around the firepit at sunset, the lake is always just steps away.

Big Spirit Lake is known for exceptional fishing, boating, swimming, tubing, waterskiing, wakeboarding, and paddleboarding. Anglers can target walleye, perch, northern pike, bass, bluegill, and crappie right from shore or by boat. A fish-cleaning station is currently under construction, but a preparation area is available for your catch.

The lodge is conveniently located near many of the area's most popular attractions, including Arnolds Park Amusement Park, Orleans Beach, Marble Beach State Recreation Area, the Dickinson County Nature Center, and several nearby state parks.
